Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infectious disease and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of our Infectious Disease program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the clinic setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with infectious diseases.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct medical consultations and provide education to patients and families on infectious disease prevention and management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to infectious disease care.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Physician Assistant Studies or Master of Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program.
  • Successful completion of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) or successful completion of a master, post-master, or doctorate degree from an adult nurse practitioner program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE).
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Wisconsin.
