Join the Boys & Girls Club Crescent Region team as a Program Aide/Specialist in the Lakelands Region. This part-time, seasonal position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with youth and making a positive impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and facilitate activities and programs for youth in the Lakelands Region.
- Promote the safety and well-being of members, as well as the quality of programs and appearance of the Club.
- Supervise and mentor youth, adults, and volunteers in the creative process.
- Assist in the execution of national projects and exhibits.
- Keep records of participants, schedules, attendance, and program results.
- High School Diploma/GED or college degree.
- 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience.
- Ability to deal effectively with staff, youth, parents, local community leaders, schools, and churches.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of youth development and interest in Arts/Arts Education.
- BI-LINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH A PLUS.
- Understand the Clubs' philosophy, vision, and goals.
After-school/recreational settings that include being in/outdoors. Occasional weekend and evening work to support the organization's fundraising events and activities.
