Role SummaryC&R Management Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II to perform essential repairs and maintenance tasks for our apartment community. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial duties, and pool upkeep.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in residential units.
- Ensure the functionality of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Perform carpentry and painting tasks as needed.
- Manage landscaping and janitorial services to maintain property aesthetics.
- Oversee pool maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience in apartment maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Proficient in basic landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate janitorial equipment safely.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for tool transport.
Preferred:
- Experience in pool maintenance.
- Familiarity with pressure washing equipment.
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
