Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients according to physician-ordered plans, focusing on assessing and evaluating rehabilitative/functional status and participating in the overall treatment plan.
  • Communication Enhancement: Maximize patient communication through full-range Speech-Language Pathology services, leveraging your expertise to improve outcomes.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and review treatment plans, ensuring seamless transitions and successful patient outcomes.
  • Educational Support: Instruct, supervise, and evaluate home health aide care when therapy is the only required skilled service.

Your Qualifications:
  • Education: Possess a Master's degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program certified by the American Speech Association to practice in Michigan.

  • Experience: Have a minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
