Credentialing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Manager to join our team at ADB Pros, Inc. in Reisterstown, MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify healthcare provider credentials and track board certification dates.
  • Complete training to access military databases, websites, and network access.
  • Gather required documents for healthcare provider packets and upload them to the DoD Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS).
  • Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely fashion and provide out-of-office responses when necessary.
  • Report significant or concerning findings to the Deputy State Surgeon or their designee.
Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • Credentialing Coordinator with a minimum of four years of practical experience in provider credentialing and privileging.
  • Technical skills include computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience and knowledge of Army and National Guard Bureau regulations and policies relating to provider credentialing and privileging is preferred.
  • Current and active license to practice as a healthcare provider in the State of Maryland.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with all Soldiers, employees, and outside agencies.
