Job Title: Credentialing Coordinator Location: Reisterstown, MD Duties: As a Credentialing Coordinator with LADGOV CORPORATION, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all provider records. This includes verifying licenses, certifications, and other credentials, as well as maintaining up-to-date files on physicians, dentists, and other healthcare practitioners. Responsibilities: * Organize and maintain provider records, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Verify licenses, certifications, and other credentials * Maintain up-to-date files on physicians, dentists, and other healthcare practitioners * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the accuracy of all files * Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines Requirements: * Minimum of two years practical experience in provider credentialing and privileging * Experience and knowledge of Army and National Guard Bureau regulations and policies relating to provider credentialing and privileging * Utilization of the Defense Health Agency's Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) Education & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working Conditions: * Work is typically performed in an office setting * May require occasional travel to meet with providers or attend meetings Equal Opportunity Employer: LADGOV CORPORATION is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
