Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pratt Industries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of our facility's machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to identify and resolve problems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and cleaning, to prevent equipment failure
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including 3-phase power and PLCs
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with welding and fabrication
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
  • Experience with industrial safety protocols and procedures
