Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with business stakeholders to provide them the ability to make decisions and gain insights through data visualization and reporting.
* Design, develop, and implement solutions related to transforming and manipulating data.
* Manage client relationships and client expectations independently.
* Identify and understand client requirements, issues, and gaps in technical implementations, and recommend Data Governance solutions to meet their immediate and long-term needs.
* Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business problems, and their data/technical landscape & recommend data-driven solutions.
* Define and maintain data definitions, descriptions, set values, quality rules, and calculations.
* Work with offshore teams to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in a BI or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting role.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
* Knowledge of other Business intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
* Experience and knowledge with Data Warehouse ETL process.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
* Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience in SQL scripts.
* Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed new data in business processes.
