Job Title: Registered Nurse - Short Stay Observation
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Short Stay Observation unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
- Basic life support certification.
- ACLS/PALS/NRP certification.
