At Piggly Wiggly, we are a dynamic team seeking an Administrative Support Associate to fill our Customer Service Representative role. This part-time or full-time position offers comparable pay and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in our office. This includes:

  • Providing timely and effective assistance to customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Operating office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers, and utilizing computers for word processing and spreadsheet creation
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, including verifying funds, reconciling tills, and preparing deposits
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to colleagues as needed

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
