Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Training Program Manager to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement training programs that drive business results.

About the Role:

  • This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end training process, including trainer identification, onboarding, and continuous improvement metrics at the site level.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office, as well as leadership experience in a retail or distribution environment.
  • A bachelor's degree and experience with SQL are preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate trainer identification program and track new hire onboarding and trainer audits
  2. Track learning curve and continuous improvement metrics at the site level
  3. Audit onboarding content for respective department and trainer standard work
  4. Coordinate and facilitate any training related programs
  5. Manage ticketing system and ensure tickets are closed within expected timeline
  6. Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation
  7. Actively seek ongoing skill development
  8. Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths and areas of improvement
  9. Assess development needs for individuals and groups
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment
  • 6+ months of leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
