Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Positions Available Near Austin

Position Overview: We are offering multiple positions for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in an outpatient pediatric primary care environment located in the northern Austin area.
Available Locations: There are three different clinic locations available just north of Austin, TX.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- New graduates of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner programs or Physician Assistants with substantial pediatric rotations are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment: This role is set in an outpatient clinic, providing care to a diverse patient population.
Schedule Details:
- Work hours will vary based on the specific location, with call responsibilities to be determined.
- Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 1 PM and evening hours will be rotated among staff.
- Expected patient volume is approximately 18-20 patients per day.
Language Skills: While Spanish language skills are preferred, they are not mandatory. A language stipend is available for those who qualify.
Patient Demographics: Candidates must be comfortable providing care to patients of all ages.
Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary along with a sign-on bonus, loan repayment options, performance bonuses, vacation/PTO, and additional benefits.
