Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between Hospice Home Care Planners, Social Workers, RN Case Managers, and RN on-call Triage Nurses. They respond to patient, customer, and social work complaints, take accurate messages, and problem-solve where necessary. The CSR enters patient referral information into Allscripts, sends tasks to Team Assistants, and contacts physicians, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes to develop, maintain, and follow-up on referrals.
Schedule: This full-time position operates from 5pm to 1am.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months call center experience
- Intake experience preferred
- Microsoft Word and Excel required
- STAT and Omni/MISYS preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is USD $38,545.53/Yr. - USD $48,181.92/Yr.
