Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Project Engineer to join our team. This is a role with the opportunity to contribute to a variety of high-profile projects along the Front Range and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, planning, and overseeing land development projects such as multifamily, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, industrial, and many more.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop detailed designs using Civil 3D software.
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Implementing and managing project controls and quality assurance procedures.
  • Performing grading and utilities design for various land development projects.
  • Assisting in the coordination of project activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of design and changing if necessary.
  • Working with municipalities and agencies to obtain approval of documents.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, grading, and utilities design.
  • A strong understanding of civil engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of civil engineering.
