Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize product knowledge to educate customers on Capital One's products and services, and provide recommendations to meet their financial needs.
  • Perform a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and mitigate fraud, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Capital One's products and services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience required.
