About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Hematology Oncology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with cancer and blood disorders. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing.
  • Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • One year of patient care experience preferred.
