We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Systems Engineer to oversee the monitoring, analysis, and resolution of system and infrastructure problems within mission-critical operational systems.

About the Role:

This role is part of our Engineering and Technical Services function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems across multiple sites in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an asset's maintenance plan to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Tech Support: Provide technical support to multiple sites within the Americas region for mechanical equipment and fixed assets.
  • Evaluation and Optimization: Work with engineering and operations teams to evaluate assets and measure system performance (developing reliability KPIs and other operational metrics to support reliability-centered maintenance strategy).
  • Risk Management: Develop risk management plans that anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks impacting plant operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment problems.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
  • Prior shift leader or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • The ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • The willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% per month to client locations within the United States.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
