The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing legal pleadings and discovery materials throughout the litigation process. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships and delivering superior legal services tailored to meet each client's unique requirements. We are committed to achieving excellence through respect and professionalism in our interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation:

$40 - $65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize client files to ensure accuracy and accessibility for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and senior associates to facilitate efficient case resolutions.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for negotiations and legal proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, prepare for hearings, and provide legal advice with guidance from senior attorneys.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively interact with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Successful completion of the bar examination.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys to fulfill client needs and expand our client base.
  • Licensed to practice law in California.
