KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting cash flow analysis and forecasting for various entities
  • Preparing operational budgets for real estate initiatives
  • Overseeing budget performance for projects
  • Tracking and reporting on fixed assets
  • Compiling financial reports
  • Collaborating with financial institutions on funding arrangements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MANDATORY: Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities
  • MANDATORY: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis
  • Familiarity with financial management software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • PREFERRED: CPA certification
