Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our Field Service Leadership team in the South Texas region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions, with experience in customer and account management, as well as team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the fulfillment of Field Service activities within the assigned customer base
• Responsible for all Field Service operational metrics within the assigned customer base, including Environmental, Health and Safety, quality of service, utilization, commercial development, and cost to serve
Requirements
• BS degree in a technical field, such as Chemical Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum eight years' experience and relevant leadership experience in industrial water, wastewater, or food & beverage water treatment solutions or related field
