Job Description

**Job Title:** EVM Cost Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled EVM Cost Analyst to join our team at Yoh. As an EVM Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to our client in implementing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and ensuring compliance with DOD EVMS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and guidance to support the implementation of EVMS to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs)
  • Ensure compliance to DOD EVMS guidelines and the Autonomous Systems Division EVM System
  • Prepare month-end reports and develop and review Earned Value Management (EVM) plans
  • Develop and document earned value methodologies and perform monthly performance measurement
  • Assist CAMs with EVMS activities, including WBS alignment, time phasing of tasks, and estimate to complete analysis and updates
  • Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans as required

Requirements:

  • Requires EVM experience with government contracts
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS with ERP subcontract experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
