About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Total Renal Care. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
