We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN/RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Embassy of Scranton. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality care is delivered to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care
Requirements
  • Current LPN/RN license in good standing with the PA Board of Nursing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatrics
