About the Role
Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Tennessee. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and their families to develop individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to support patient progress.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional needs and develop treatment plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote open and respectful dialogue.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a current license from the NH Speech Language Pathology and Hearing Care Providers Governing Board and possess CPR/BLS certification. A graduate degree from an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) accredited program is also preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and proficiency in Employee Health Record documentation are essential requirements.
Working Conditions and Benefits
