Position OverviewCUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK - CORPORATE OFFICE
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Clerk for our Corporate Office.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing customer service order functions within the customer information system to guarantee accurate billing and deposits.
- Addressing customer inquiries related to account details.
- Monitoring and updating participation in customer assistance initiatives.
- Managing and following up on returned customer correspondence.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Batching and scanning customer support documentation.
- Researching and updating customer information records.
- Processing mailings as required.
- Ordering supplies, categorizing invoices, and performing various clerical tasks.
- Handling receptionist duties.
Applicants should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience; an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year institution may be accepted in lieu of experience.
- The capability to effectively interact with customers and collaborate within a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with data entry precision and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in various computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- An Associate's degree in a related field.
