Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Systems Engineer - Global Requirements Lead to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of global requirements for our Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of global requirements for the C2BMC program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain system and component baselines in a requirements management system
  • Communicate effectively with customers, developers, engineers, and users
  • Generate system/element level functional, performance, and interface specifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years experience, or a PhD and 4 years of experience
  • Ability to analyze high-level needs and develop requirements management schema and attributes
  • Programming skills to generate DXL scripts to provide manipulation of Global DOORS data
  • Experience integrating product lines, generating responsible sections of capability specifications, DOORS processes and procedures, and training less experienced personnel
