Role Summary:

We are seeking an Obsolescence Program Manager to oversee program initiatives within our Radio Frequency Solutions division. This role is crucial for ensuring the longevity and supportability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Manager in executing program initiatives.
  • Manage financial aspects across various projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
  • Guarantee the long-term viability of products through strategic planning.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to achieve program objectives.
  • Engage in occasional travel for business interactions with clients and partners.
  • Provide timely updates on program status and necessary corrective measures.
  • Ensure that radar products remain sustainable through supplier collaborations and market analysis.
  • Communicate program progress to senior management using established business protocols.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in areas such as Project Management or Material Program Management.
  • Proven experience in leading diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Completion of Program Management Level 5 Certification within the first year of employment.
  • Experience in budget management and understanding of inventory processes.
  • Familiarity with technical protocols for problem resolution.
  • Prior engagement as a Material Program Manager is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. government security clearance is mandatory.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, particularly in communication and strategic thinking.
  • Capability to quickly understand ongoing technical and management efforts while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
