Job Overview

Clinical Coordinators play a vital role in supporting these individuals by providing clinical management and oversight of professionals working with them. This position involves building relationships with families and individuals on the caseload, ensuring seamless transitions when entering our program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting intakes, meeting with families and/or individuals to explain our services. They will also provide ongoing supervision and training to unlicensed direct care staff, ensuring that services are delivered at the highest quality. Additionally, they will assign appropriately skilled Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to meet client needs, review staff notes for completion, create and maintain clinically appropriate goals, and work with families and internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience working in human services, conducting intakes, assessments, and in-home services
  • Consistent access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel throughout the Philadelphia Metro area as needed

Compensation
