About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and professional Bell Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, including luggage assistance and transportation arrangements.
  • Assist with guest requests, such as getting assignments, keys, and special requests from your supervisor.
  • Keep the bell closet clean and neat, polish and clean bell carts daily, and maintain a tidy lobby area.
  • Submit found articles with a Lost & Found Report and assist valet when needed.
  • Deliver messages, packages, flowers, wine, and housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request.
  • Clean and set up meeting room functions, direct guests to various meeting rooms, and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions.
What We're Looking For
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic writing skills and professional communication skills.
