Position Overview:
Deliver exceptional and welcoming service to ensure a memorable experience for all patrons. Maintain and enhance the service standards of Menus and Venues.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly.

Provide insightful recommendations and suggest suitable beverage pairings.

Respond to inquiries regarding beverage selections, including production origins and flavor profiles.

Address questions about our event offerings and services.

Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and input them into the POS system.

Efficiently deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guests.

Clear and reset tables between courses.

Complete side duties before, during, and after each shift.

Ensure cleanliness of service areas.

Monitor guests' dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with food and service, and respond promptly to requests.

Assist fellow team members as needed.

Express gratitude to guests for their visit and encourage their return.

Be prepared to assist in various roles to support the seamless operation of the venue as directed by management.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar hospitality environment is preferred.

Strong work ethic and excellent multitasking abilities.

Professional and personable demeanor.

Genuine passion for quality food and service.

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

Capability to reach, bend, and stoop as required.
