Position Overview:

Leveraging your profound knowledge of System on Chip (SoC) architecture and project management skills, you will guide a cross-functional team towards the successful delivery of high-performance, energy-efficient SoCs within set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:
  • Lead the product definition process during the initial Product Concept phase, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments such as LOB, SE Technology Development, CE, System Architecture, SE Design Engineering, and software teams to devise innovative technology solutions.
  • Oversee the architecture change management process throughout product development, ensuring timely production tapeout. Proactively manage architectural issues to meet milestone requirements and establish a robust project tracking system.
Functional Oversight:
  • Facilitate engagements with LOB and customers.
  • Oversee power and performance modeling for diverse configuration requests from stakeholders.
  • Manage resource planning for architecture to maximize operational efficiency across committed projects and product strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, complemented by a solid foundation in computer architecture and data analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of SoC design principles, including components such as clock/power management, debugging, profiling, security protocols, reliability, and fault monitoring.
  • A proven history of leading complex SoC product definitions with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing power and performance simulations for SoCs across various configurations during different development phases.
Compensation Range:

Starting from USD 201,025

Up to USD 271,975
