Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the parts sales process from initiation to completion
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their parts orders
  • Engage with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Interpret and utilize the parts catalog effectively when sourcing components - Snap-on catalog
  • Respond to phone inquiries, providing pricing information and other relevant details
  • Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory
  • Source out-of-stock items from external suppliers
  • Process and price parts accurately
  • Prepare orders for daily shipping, delivery, or customer pickup
  • Conduct basic inventory management tasks
  • Create and adjust purchase orders as needed
  • Assist with the organization of incoming shipments
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience in automotive parts sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Consistent attendance is essential
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or walking for 4-5 hours during a shift, and frequently reaching, bending, and twisting.
