Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Logistics/Inventory Coordinator, MSW Lead, Receiver, and Shift Supervisors to ensure department goals are met.
  2. Perform daily production, employee, and safety checks.
  3. Monitor workplace performance, training initiatives, and safety procedures.
  4. Establish and create new KPIs and standards for various processes within the department.
  5. Understand, comply, promote, and enforce STI policies.
  6. Maintain a high level of housekeeping essential to the production and quality of our woven fabrics.
  7. Maintain confidential records.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience.
  • Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education related to the industry/position.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Ability to lift yarn packages weighing up to 12 lbs and maneuver yarn cases weighing up to 200 lbs with hand trucks.
  • Obtain all required safety and training certifications.
  • Able to continuously walk, bend, push, pull, stoop, stretch (arms and legs), and lift arms above head level while standing on a cement floor.

  • Use of proper lifting procedures.
