About the Role

We are seeking an experienced First Officer to join our team at Silver Air Private Jets. As a First Officer, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the Gulfstream G200 aircraft and ensuring all flights are conducted in a safe and prudent manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aircraft Maintenance: Review the maintenance status of the aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
  • Pre-Flight Inspection: Conduct a thorough pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Weather and Route Planning: Complete a check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports.
  • Flight Operations: Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Silver Air Private Jets and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately complete all trip paperwork in accordance with Silver Air Private Jets procedures.
Requirements
  • Flight Experience: Total time in all aircraft = 1500 hours.
  • Multi-Engine Experience: Multi-engine time = 1000 hours.
  • Turbine Experience: Total Turbine time = 500 hours preferred.
  • Medical Certificate: Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Part 135 Experience: Previous Part 135 experience preferred, but not required.
  • CANPASS Authorization: CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of detail and organizational skills are necessary to thrive in this role.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure are required.
  • Team Player: A strong team player with excellent people skills is essential for this role.
