  • Authorize significant accounts payable transactions.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Analyze and review monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in addressing inquiries from auditors as necessary.
  • Calculate distributions for owners and management fees.
  • Ensure precise record-keeping and documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Perform additional accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in property management accounting.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology, GAAP, and real estate accounting software (e.g., MRI, Yardi).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
