Corporate Strategy MBA Internship

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a highly motivated and analytical MBA student to join our Corporate Strategy team as a Summer Associate. This 12-week internship will provide the opportunity to work on strategic business projects, develop data analysis and problem-solving skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project ownership: Complete assigned projects from kick-off to recommendation development and presentation to Senior Leadership
  • Data analysis / Data-driven decision making: Conduct various analyses and scenario modelling to identify key insights and opportunities for BBU using internal and external databases and tools
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigate the organization and work with other functions within BBU to ensure alignment of strategic recommendations
  • Actionable Results: Produce actionable and relevant insights, recommendations, and project results, integral to the business in the form of PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Financial Models
Requirements:
  • First year MBA student
  • Must be available for 12-week, full-time position from late-May to mid-August
  • 3+ years' work experience in management consulting, strategic planning/corporate strategy, finance, operations, supply chain, commercial or growth strategy, market research, project management
  • Experience with consumer-packaged goods and/or large retailers preferred
