Backfill & Support, as needed, open Bakery Finance Leader role.
Optimize / Develop / Improve Work TeamsEducation / Experience:7+ years
experience: Business Finance, Business Performance, Cost Accounting; preferably in a Manufacturing environment
Bachelor s Degree, Accounting or Finance; MBA, CMA or CPA preferred
Strong computer skills; Oracle ERP and Hyperion Essbase experience preferred
Must be a self-starter with a proven record of managing priorities and meeting deadlines with solid organizational skills and attention to details
Must be comfortable partnering with other functional leaders and challenging teams to find the best overall solutions to opportunities presented in the business across all levels of the organization
Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
