Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Staff and Senior Property Accountants to enhance our teams. The ideal candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate accounting (either commercial or residential)
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Experience working within an accrual accounting framework
- The ability to train on-site initially, transitioning to a hybrid work model
