Interim HealthCare is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our home health physical therapy team in Pueblo, CO. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mentoring a team of physical therapists.
Key Responsibilities:- Assure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of patients
- Ensure home care clinicians meet and exceed standards for safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice
- Supervise paraprofessional and licensed professional team members
- Use clinical decision making to efficiently and effectively manage an assigned patient population
- Assure the development of education for patients and their families
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum of three (3) years of physical therapy experience in home healthcare
- Two (2) years of management experience preferred
- CPR Certification
