Position Overview
The Scheduling Advisor will become an integral part of our high-performing team within the Project Controls Office, specifically in the Grid Scale Renewables sector. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration across diverse internal and external project teams to effectively manage, train, and uphold project scheduling processes, procedures, and best practices throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of schedulers/planners while managing a personal portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project scheduling and control disciplines, taking ownership of the development and enhancement of scheduling policies, standards, and guidelines to optimize project schedule deliverables.
- Independently monitor the health and viability metrics of the project portfolio, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, contract requirements, schedule progress, and performance.
- Regularly produce, evaluate, and disseminate weekly and monthly project status reports.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project or Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project scheduler/planner, demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the role's requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software, including Microsoft Project Professional and Primavera P6, along with strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel for customized schedule analysis.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) key performance indicators (KPIs) and S-Curve calculations.
- Experience in project schedule development following best practices as outlined by the Project Management Institute, including the Critical Path Method and forensic schedule analysis.
