Job Description

Central Pacific Bank is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase fee revenue, improve profitability, and enhance procedural/operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fee positioning and strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Obtain approval and implement fee revenue initiatives, including budgeting and variance reporting.
  • Assist in setting and managing goals for fee revenue, tracking and reporting on performance.
  • Monitor fee profitability and positioning, staying aware of changes in the environment that can impact profitability.
  • Manage projects to develop and implement new fees, enhance or streamline existing fees, and create the budget and forecast results.
  • Responsible for meeting Banking Laws and Regulations with regards to fees and serving as the Administrator of the Bank's Fee Committee.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
  • 6+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with 3+ years in banking and 3+ years in team leadership or management.
  • Ability to perform light physical work, operate standard office equipment, and communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers.
