Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Full Time basis, working night shifts on our Medical Surgical Unit. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and compassionate care to our patients in the medical/telemetry environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs in care.
  • Construct and implement the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
  • Develop goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
  • Collaborate with the patient's designated care partner to meet the educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient.
Requirements
  • Current NV nursing license.
  • Current BLS certificate.
  • ACLS certificate.
  • One year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
