Job Description

At U.S. Bank, we're committed to driving safe and responsible growth within Branch and Small Business Banking. We're seeking a skilled Strategic Project Manager to collaborate with leaders and shape the narrative for our future.

This role will participate in the identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects. You'll interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a change agenda that aligns with U.S. Bank's goals for Branch and Small Business Banking
  • Analyze and synthesize complex data and reports to inform decision-making and strategic recommendations
  • Prepare high-quality written materials, including presentations, reports, and internal communications to convey strategic insights to stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders in business management and development functions, enhancing their ability to drive change and achieve strategic objectives
  • Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, and foster collaboration throughout the change process

Requirements:

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
  • Two or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-impact materials for diverse audiences across various levels of management
  • Ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement
