As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that promote functional independence and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent treatment to in-patients and/or out-patients in compliance with hospital policies, standards, and philosophy.
- Develop and implement interventions to address chronic, traumatic, or developmental illness, impairment, and/or disability.
- Collaborate with patients, families, staff, and physicians to ensure effective care and communication.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
