Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Specialist to join our team at Fetch Home Management LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to grow with a dynamic company and have a strong passion for property maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or industrial maintenance, with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. As a Maintenance Service Specialist, you will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
  • Conduct maintenance services through the use of our Maintenance Work Order system in a timely, orderly, and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain valuable resident relationships by exploring opportunities to improve the maintenance needs of the community grounds and facilities.
  • Use established procedures to identify deficiencies and take immediate action with property manager approval.
  • Advise Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of residents who do not properly dispose of their excess garbage or have large/bulky items that may require pickup arrangements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid operator's license.
  • Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
