Join Our Team: The University of Miami invites applications for the position of Philanthropy Director within our Division of Development and Alumni Relations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in fostering relationships with donors, alumni, and friends of the university to secure support for our academic programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying and cultivating new opportunities for giving, and collaborating with colleagues across the university to leverage relationships and resources. You will also work closely with faculty and staff to ensure alignment with our strategic plan and provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in fundraising, particularly in major gifts or planned giving. A strong understanding of donor motivations, behaviors, and preferences is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
