Job Overview

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a skilled Pediatric Therapy Professional to join our interdisciplinary team at the UAMS Kids First clinic. As a member of our team, you will provide evidence-based best practice therapy techniques for children with fine motor delays/disorders from birth to 5 years old.

About the Role

This is a contingent worker position, and as such, you will work on a contract basis. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in pediatric therapy principles and practices. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and healthcare professionals. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is required, with relevant clinical experience preferred.
