Physics Adjunct Faculty Position at Vincennes University

Vincennes University is seeking a qualified Physics Adjunct Faculty member to teach lectures and/or labs within the Department of Engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach physics lectures and/or labs, including courses in Technical Physics and General Physics.
  • Assist full-time faculty with lab setup as needed.
Requirements:
  • To teach lecture: Masters Degree with 18 graduate hours in Physics/Engineering or Masters Degree with 18 graduate hours in Physics/Engineering related coursework.
  • To teach lab: Bachelor's degree in Physics/Engineering with 12 hours of coursework.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of algebra-based physics.
  • Ability to work with a variety of learning styles and skill levels.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and administration.
