Mixology Expert

We are a wine bar and bistro in a historic neighborhood, offering an eclectic mix of New American small plates and an approachable wine list focused on female wine-makers. Our cocktails are refreshing and distinct, and our environment is decidedly laid-back.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled bartender to join our team. As a bartender at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

• Passion for wine, spirits, and mixology, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent bartending skills and experience in an upscale casual environment
• Strong fundamental knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail preparation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds (sixtel kegs and other equipment)
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays

• $5/hour plus tips, with average bar tips ranging from $30 to $40 per hour
