Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Titan Hospitality Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve cocktails, beers, and wines according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve guests with an upbeat attitude, follow the steps of service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Wash glassware and bar utensils after each use, maintain a clean work area, and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Manage Cash Handling and Inventory: Accurately ring each item made or requested, perform proper cash handling techniques, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Meet Performance Standards: Maintain performance standards, motivate team members through positive role modeling, and complete all training put forth by management.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of all food and drinks served.
• Certifications: Valid and state-accepted alcohol compliance certification.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 100% of the time, lift up to 80 pounds, and perform frequent reaching, bending, and wiping.
